For Everton, the only way I could define 'success' is winning the title. Stripped of all the mealy mouthed platitudes, I'm certainly not seeing that kind of ambition anywhere near the club, let alone its owners / executives.
Perhaps this will change with a superlative summer transfer window & a brave, new agenda from either the current or a new manager but I'm not holding my breath.
