Gomes is tidy player on the ball, but he doesn’t get the space he needs can’t really tackle that well and doesn’t seem to have much strength. He’s not and has never been suited to the PL.

got 2 years left on around £112k/week, so might not quite so easy to shift tbf..... least not without taking (another) hit when we subsidise a transfer.
