We'll never shift him because of his huge wages. It's a shame because we saw in that initial loan that there's a talented player in there, unfortunately though I just don't think he's got the mental strength to be successful at a very high level. Blaming the injury is incorrect, he had some proper drop-offs in level that were pro-longed even before that. He just can't cope with pressure.
He was decent with a handful of very good games peppered throughout the season in his loan spell. From the minute the first ball was kicked in the 2019/20 season he was complete and utter dog muck.

He was only out injured for about 8 weeks mate.

You wouldn’t blame him if his injury psychologically is the reason behind this.

Needs punting back to Portugal in the summer, or anywhere. Finished now, unfortunately.
He is absolutely dreadful. He’s not a top level footballer anymore, but we’re stuck with him for the rest of his contract because you’d have to be mad to buy him now.
I think he's one of the worst I've seen play for us.
