I don’t think Godfrey is enough of a footballer to play midfield in the Prem tbh.

Why did he look sharper and want to go forward today but when he starts he is like a slug and so poor same with Bernard comes on looks decent the other day then starts today and is terrible.

That's how he looked when he first arrived, hope it a sign of things to come because I don't think could possibly watch Siggy and Davies ever again in central midfield after that.

Thought he was really good when he came on. Like when he first arrived.

I voted him MotM for his cameo against West Ham.

He looked to get involved, showed intelligence in possession and almost everything he tried came off.

Of course that also says a lot about the rest of the player's tonight.

His improved peformance tonight says it all: can't be relied on when he starts, and might put in a cameo off the bench from time to time. We have too many of these unreliables in our squad. Gylifi and Davies are the same. Both had good moments - displays, even - against Sheffield United, but away without leave today. To be fair to Richarlison, he has been reliably atrocious all season.

In his last two cameos he’s looked more mobile, strong and positive on the ball than either of Davies or sigurdson
