At the ,omens Tom better starting and Gomes on with 30 left and the game slowing down a bit. He played well today. This is a tough period and if we get a good return it could put us in good stead for the run in.

Came on and did exactly what we needed, took charge in the middle of the pitch leaving Sheffield no option really but to just throw every man behind the ball. Should have had a penalty too, if that's a media darling player then the referee gives it immediately.

Would start him against City, but more because needs must. Doucoure surely needs a breather and it's a game we'll need a passer in the centre for.

André Gomes did well in his fifteen-minute cameo against Sheffield United. It was so good to see him looking more confident and self-assured.

Very frustrating as he is such a good player. So positive to see him driving at their defense. Why doesn't he do that more often because we really need it.

I think overall Tom has improved from the summer signings arrived.
