I loved felli for us, but were i think you might be wrong with respect, is to equate his impact to 3 or four statistics. The players know they can trust him with the ball, he's always available and he can set the tempo.

Yep, from someone who absolutely loves Fellaini, comparisons are ludicrous. Two completely different midfielders, and Gomes clearly the more influential in the middle of the park. Fellaini's impact was in the final third, where defenders were reduced to tears dealing with the love-child of a tree and a bag of elbows

I think the fact he had a dodgy season ar Barca and has had a good season with us will deffo make him think about what to do next, I think he seems happy and is playing which will influence him. if he went to spurs I could see him starting as there first 11 pretty much nailed on every game
