New to GOT and was told by @Bryan to report for duty in this thread. Living in Texas means we have the best BBQ in the USA and don't let no east coaster tell you any differently... hehehe. Tex-Mex is fantastic and I saw something about chicken fried steak. It's all great food - in Texas and in the U.S. We don't have so many rotund physiques from just looking at food. There is one thing I'll never understand though and that's Cincinnati chili. It's an abomination!
