American Food

Memphis is less than an hour from me.

Specialties are probably BBQ ribs and cole slaw.

Graceland (if you love that kopite Elvis) and Beale Street are probably the biggest tourist draws.

Rendezvous downtown is the most famous rib place in the South U.S. Located down an alley, but good food.

Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken is great and also near downtown.

Bar B Que Shop in mid town is great casual BBQ. Try the BBQ spaghetti.

Dyers on Beale Street has wonderful burgers.

Hueys is downtown and pretty great sandwiches.

Flying Fish if you want American seafood.

Flying Saucer if you want a pub with hundreds of beer and cider on draught.

If you have questions, PM me.

Cheers mate, I'm there on business for a meeting which might last 10 minutes or 2 days........ If it lasts 10 minutes I'll have time to try out your recommendations (definitely not Elvis though), might give you a call ;)

I think I'd rather chili over baked beans for a frito pie dog.

No wonder the majority of Yanks are fat, ( or the perception, at least?) i can't really blame them. I would be absolutely FAT and FAT
