This is how you do a crawfish boil.
(although they did go fancy...using a table cloth instead of newspaper)

Is that a sweater or handtowel that guy on the right is wearing around his neck? Answer is important in validating your comment.
Needs newspaper and a #3 washtub full of beer and ice.It may possibly be a sweater. I said they did it up fancy. I mean...they have plates along with that tablecloth.
There is also a significant lack of beer.....and probably more teeth than is usual.

Dont like mustard.Put a significant whack of Colman's mustard on that mcmuffin and you may find that it improves the heck out of it. My tip for the day.
That's more like it
I was easing 'em into it with a more genteel version.
This isn't a thread for TGIF's or Chili's. This is a thread for authentic American food. Those folk you posted earlier are "going crazy" eating crawfish after leaving their Methodist church on a nice spring Sunday. They wear socks with Top-Siders. One of them owns a Hawaiian shirt he picked up while on vacation with his wife. Several of them take annual cruise vacations together. They all have 401k retirement plans, but none of them know how to compound interest. Three of them watched the LOST finale.
"My cousin Jerry once sucked the head of a crawfish"
"Oh, really? I recorded the Eagles concert on my DVR. I'm watching it tonight."
"Oh, fascinating."
If it weren't for all the credit you've built with the wonderful food you've posted already, I would worry.
