If you're keen on the black pudding, this is the pork-based Pennsylvania version. Much more seasoning than the black pudding, though. Not a fan, but YMMV.

First things I learned when I moved here: what Nabs were and "tea" is always "sweet tea". You have to ask for unsweet and it's probably soured

Haha, no. That is a perfectly cooked brisket with fresh chips (fries).
