got back from orlando on Friday. steak, ribs and burgers got a bit tiresome in the end. but new York in a months time and I cant wait. those deli sandwiches. gerrin.

But you can put all sorts of boss stuff on top, Bryan. Chicken, shrimp, salmon. Properly made with some lovely anchovies, it's so good. Really.

That's cheese on top, mate. Not enough of it, but still...

Also, its not all fried. Smoky collard greens. Slow cooked with a ham hock.

Needs cornbread, this. And that glass of sweet tea above.
