If you go to Hawaii and order a 'Hawaiian' Pizza, they will either stab you in the throat, or give you a pizza base covered in SPAM.
Each option is as frightful as the other.

The Hawaiian style Za we eat is a Canadian creation. They got something right.

Can definitely recommend good restaurants in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area.
