Deviled eggs....my church going great-great aunties would call them "dressed" eggs
The filling is egg yolks mixed with mayo, mustard, pickle relish, salt, pepper and sprinkled with paprika....for the basic recipe.
There are infinite ways to make them. I like a little dill and a spicy mustard.

Edit: I should add...very tasty when done well. Horrid if not.
Love the mustard-infused ones. shocking how many i can eat... then again i don't see them very often, so i overindulge.
