Atlanta Brisket. Brisket cooked in a sauce made of ketchup, onion soup mix, and coca cola classic (and ONLY classic - you must have actual sugar - using a Mexican coke made with cane sugar would be best, really) cook it low and slow until it falls apart and then pull it like a pulled pork.
You make this to take to the football game in the winter in a Crock Pot and eat in slider buns between shots of bourbon in a cold parking lot before the game.
Not that I've ever done that. (smiles)
