Cane's, aka Raising Cane's, is a must-dine. Louisiana + fried chicken. It's surprisingly simplistic (the menu has only one option) and delightful. Your first visit will be uneventful, but when you crave a basket three days later, you'll understand. America, Cane's is coming to you; keep watch.

crinkle cut chips, pizza and some fried chicken.. yum, but what on earth's in that little saucepot?

Cane's sauce; it's very good with their chicken. Probably @RAFUH could tell you what's in it (or guess very closely), but I just know it's what comes with the chicken. I don't like their fries/chips, too thin for me, but they work well with the other offerings.

*Just realized, no pizza--that's Texas Toast. Buttery and soft, it works well to balance the chicken with the thin, dry fries/chips.

I was going to guess mayo and ketchup or maybe BBQ type sauce in place of ketchup because it looks like thousand island dressing.

I was close.... a quick internet search says mayo, ketchup, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
