Hot, greasy pineapple. Why?
I love the nice cold fresh pineapple chunks (BOGO last week at my local Publix) but I don't feel the love for the hot greasy pineapple.
I'm more given to questions like "what does Bungle intend to do with his hot greasy pineapple?" My reaction to this question is to run away.
Because it's good.
Maybe not greasy so much, but grilled pineapple is ridiculous. See Brazilian Steakhouses + cinnamon grilled pineapple.

Amen. Even in carne-centric Asuncion, the last course at any churrasqueria is the pineapple. It's brilliant. No matter how much I've eaten (2 of my 3 biggest meals since moving here in July), always room for a slice or three.
Enough pineapple. It's Thanksgiving, FFS. This is how you do it.
Not going with the southern style this year for the video. We don't stuff the bird down here because every family has a story of another family that stuffed a bird back in the Hoover administration, ate it, and died of food poisoning. It can be warm in November. We just put the dressing in a pan and bake it.

No. The pics I find, but I have made a lot of it at some point, just don't get to much any more.
