Anyway, the lad looks like he has a good head on him and he's shown flashes of the talent he has. Not gonna get too attached cos I reckon he won't be an Everton player in September.

When he moves to a better team and is a cog in a functional unit, no doubt his talent will shine.

We shouldn't judge anybody who has to play with Alex Iwobi harshly, he's antifootball.

Alex Iwobi.

As always is the right answer ;)

Out of interest Goaty, how much would you think Onana would go for if you expect him to depart?

Isn't it nice to have a young Everton player playing well and captaining his country? It's not all about us you know.

Football insider saying weve put a £70mil price tag on Onana for this summer.

If true then after a 20% profit clause to Lille would give us £62.6mil.

Inconceivable that we wouldn't accept an offer of around £70 million

I think that would put him 3rd behind Fernandez and Pogba in the premier league transfer records for midfielders. Only 15-19th over all positions.

If that were to happen, Id rather we had a proper clear out of players and a rebuild. Not just selling one or two players as we have been doing...a wide rebuild with a focus on youth.
