But, but, but, but.....Messi said he was good....Messi!
And Messi was right. Since signing for Everton, Aiden has had injury problems, which has hampered him from having any length of playing time. Hopefully he will come to full fitness soon, come on his game, show the fans some of his magic, and maybe even get the same respect on G.O.T. that the best player in the world has for shown for him.

If McGeady is so good.

Why were we the only team in for him when his contract was running out and that is only because Martinez wanted him at his old club so therefore could afford him now?

Fact is, he is decent for a free signing in the squad but he is not a first choice player by anyones stretch. Too many people pick out one cross he makes or that one goal or that one run and then fall back on that as to why he is decent when he is free from injury. He is an average player who could have been fantastic at 22 onward but chose a huge pay packet in the middle of Russia over achieving his potential

Its back on! Get the ASS back up boys and gals!

I heard this story once about Geed's. He was doing one of those guide the hoop along the electric wire games, there was 50k for charity if you could make it to the end. He did the 5 tough loops, guided the hoop through a coil and was basically right there at the end straight. But instead of simply finishing the job, he yanked the hoop right of the track, pissed in an orphans ear, and ran out of the room shouting something about being a mole person.

I'm making a point here.

Big window for Martinez IMO, unless he unearths more of the ilk of Lukaku, McCarthys and less Atsus, Alcaraz's he will be in danger of getting a bad rep from our fans for being able to spot a player.
I love how you wrote this today, in the present tense.
Very Cleverley done...

Puzzling one for me is young Aiden

I want him to be great, but he just isn't

He's decent at doing certain things (Running with the ball, passing, shooting from range) but he's awful at others (Decision making, defending)

On his day, he's a useful player, but that's about it I feel

As previously mentioned, going to Russia was a mistake I feel and one he's never quite recovered from

When it comes to Irish wingers, I'd rather have Robbie Brady than Aiden at the moment, though I’m sure that will be sacrilegious to some on here

He isn't awful at defending. Him putting a shift in and helping out his full back is one of his strengths. Just watch the Wolfsburg game again.
