It's a very pessimistic position to take to look at a talented young player on a 3 year contract and think "he's going to become a first team player, refuse to sign new contracts for 2 years and we'll lose all value in him".
Relax, he's on a good contract, let's wait and see if he has what it takes to break into the first team.
