It really just comes down to the fact that we desperately need another body in Bolasie's position, and we already have one on the books in Lookman. No guarantee he's a superstar, but there's no need to rush towards throwing 40 million at an average winger before a new manager's had the chance to evaluate Lookman

THe real Issue here is nothing to do with if he is good enough.

At Leipzig He has been in pretty much every squad & got minutes in about 3/4 of them games.

He wasn’t getting anything from
This utter fraud they are handling him exactly how we should have.

There is only one thing worse than being awful it’s being awful because you keep making stupid decisions, we used to be crap as we were crap that was so much easier to take than this constant shooting of ourselves in the foot.

Our new manager will spend 3 months finding out if Lookman is PL class or not. I would not bet either way.

Hopefully our new manager will be thinking of the best way to develop and coach, not just Lookman but our other youngsters, so they can become premier class. I doubt very much that would be a task that can be completed with 3 months.
