I can see why Moyes hasn't played him at LB as he looks a bit lightweight and gung ho. I am however baffled at how he's barely got any minutes at LM though.

He immediately looked our quickest and most direct wide option today.

Does Moyes even watch him daily or has he just been farmed out to the U21 group and doesn't see him?

Either way it's a disgraceful abandonment of Aznou.

Moyes interview post match with the club tv station saw him look absolutely embarrassed (for once). He was skewered by a very innocent question about his cameo being a positive. It laid bare his shortcomings as a modern PL manager.

The 'Aznou can do a job' at LW shouts by fans are correct.

Dont forget: Moyes can see that in training if he wished to look for it...if he ever watches the U21s (something he's said he "doesn't find time enough" to do now).

It's as clear an example of his inability to adapt and reshuffle as you can get.

The feller's a dinosaur and we all know it. He's denied us that option all season because 'he knows best'.

Moyes has no interest in Everton's future or its history. Just the present and his own survival in the organisation. He's always been like that, and he revealed his opinion on Everton to the world when he left for United.

That's why, for me, those that support him now are either utterly clueless or forgiving beyond a fault.

My initial thoughts were that he would bring stability, but shouldn't be given longer than the initial tenure.

Nothing has changed that.

I cant stand the thought of him being given more cash in the summer - it'll be more waste that we can afford.

I'm hoping TFG do their job and relieve him of his duties. If they dont do that in the summer with no top 10 finish then we'll know for sure they are here just to keep us safe from relegation until they can find another buyer.

I suspect that may be the case, tbh.

The next few seasons will be dire.

What are the "obvious reasons" Amigo.
They are generally less physically ready and more prone to the odd error which costs valuable goals. Hence Moyes makes them wait until they are normally around 24/5. He only finally played Banes after Yobo went down in 2008 and he had to play Lescott (who was an actual CB playing out of postion at LB) as a centreback. Sound familiar? Banes was 24, and promptly one our Player Of The Month two months in a row.
