Condemn? Adequate? First you compare me to do gooders who put the human rights of criminals before victims despite me never having said anything to support that.

In fact i have said pretty much the oppisite, i have stated in this thread and others i believe in full 100% life sentences in prisons which act as prisons and not hotels. I do not believe murder is acceptable in any way shape or form and that serious criminals should be seriously punished.

Yet somehow you still think that i, and others of the same viewpoint different to yours arepartly responsible for Sarah Paynes death and that it should sit on our consciences. You just seem to be making [Poor language removed] up.

prison is no deterrent, it simply isnt working.

To such scum, it isn't any more of a deterrent than life in prison.

America is a prime example for that. Quick example...

The amount of research and studies into crime deterrence that I have read don't support the death penalty as a deterrent at all.

there is a line in the sand (so far as i am concerned) your either on board with adequately punishing serious criminals, or your the kind that wants to keep them in prison with more rights, services, and opportunities than their victims ever have or had.

instead of the law abiding living in fear of crime, its time criminals were made to live in fear of justice.
