And I’d still take him over Barry in a heartbeatTo be fair, I remember watching the Oumar Niasse vid the day we signed him and he even looked ropey on that.

Aaron Cresswell was the best attacking fullback in Europe statistically for a spell under Moyes.Backtracked? Why would we not be talking about the current Moyes?
It’s not 2015 anymore…it’s nearly two decades past Baines’ debut, that’s really not the argument you think it is. If you want to judge based on that, fine. I’ll judge based on what’s happening right now. I worry about the judgement of those who don’t.

The Moyes lover chiming in, this is perfect hahahaAaron Cresswell was the best attacking fullback in Europe statistically for a spell under Moyes.
Nah, actually he was as most effective providing dangerous crosses from all areas of the left flank. It provided lots of ammunition for Bowen to run onto. The Moyes lover chiming in, this is perfect hahaha
Cresswell had one decent season in 2020 (6 years ago), he got 8 assists. He also took all the set pieces, of which most of those assist came from. It’s one thing to be an ‘attacking full back’ and another to be a ‘dead ball specialist’
My Nan would improve our fullback situation, doesn’t mean we should sign herNah, actually he was as most effective providing dangerous crosses from all areas of the left flank. It provided lots of ammunition for Bowen to run onto.
But, on AWB, the question is, will he improve Everton’s fullback situation. The answer is an unequivocal yes.
He led all Premier League defenders in successful dribbles and interceptions in 24/25 and fans voted him Hammer of the Year.My Nan would improve our fullback situation, doesn’t mean we should sign her
And who’s fault is that?He led all Premier League defenders in successful dribbles and interceptions in 24/25 and fans voted him Hammer of the Year.
But, obviously, he isn’t good enough for this dynamic and highly competitive right back position in our squad.
