There's nothing like buying players from relegated teams and then paying a fortune in wages for other teams crocks to keep you mid table or lower.
How much have we spent on Grealish for him to not contribute anything for months?
Let's sign defenders and midfielders from poor teams too.

It literally says "best moments" in the title. I'm pretty sure that's not a reflective video of his performances overall.
It actually is quite a good guide. He was perhaps their best player that season. It was especially notable how good he was getting forward as he was usually seen as more of a purely defensive player. Last season he was a bit more stop start due to niggles, etc.

Dude, we've gone over this, you are not a balanced witness on this stuff. You can't post a highlight reel and claim it's anything other than his "best moments" when the title of the video says that it's his best moments. It's not going to be a good guide to his performances at all, it's the most positivist assessment possible, it's not going to show all of his sideways and backward passes, his missed interceptions, his poor crosses. Every player has a video like this on YouTube, even Oumar Niasse.

"Dude" he was fantastic for Crystal Palace and spent five seasons at Man Utd. It's not like he would be some random punt with little stats to back up his ability.

Highlight of my day when you 2 meet on a thread.

Needed to read that many times.

You said Moyes didn't like attacking full backs so I referenced Bainsey. But you then said Diouf had better stats than AWB which is true but I wasnt ever advocating for AWB.

Then you backtracked and said "Moyes 2026".

I'm imagining nothing sausage. Just replying to you
Backtracked? Why would we not be talking about the current Moyes?

It’s not 2015 anymore…it’s nearly two decades past Baines’ debut, that’s really not the argument you think it is. If you want to judge based on that, fine. I’ll judge based on what’s happening right now. I worry about the judgement of those who don’t.

To be fair, I remember watching the Oumar Niasse vid the day we signed him and he even looked ropey on that.
