If current rumours are true,I would send Kev to Spurs and take their money and Lennon all day. Would love to add a dynamic LM, but Pienaar may be OK and I'm not convinced one of Oviedo, Garbutt,Baines could not play out there.

All that is not even considering that RM doesn't seem to mind a wing who tends to tuck in and let Baines have the run of the outside and the Cleverly rumours which seems to me he could play LM this fall with Barkley in the center.

I like Kev just fine but I just think his Everton ship has sailed. He wants out, and the team hasn't been keen on playing him lately anyhow. If Cleverly is brought on, I am fine with Kev for Lennon and cash deal out the other end.

How do you know he wants out, hes ambitious lad and im sure he wants to play at a higher level but hes not being a tit about it.

It looks like Spurs will want Miralias if we are to get Lennon. It will depend on how much they will give along with Lennon. It is a difficult one, Lennon plus 10 mill for a player who doesn't want to play for us would be a good deal. But if he has had a change of heart and is committed to staying I'm not so sure.

You are right, I don't know he wants out, I don't know him; though he has made noise about playing in the Champions in the past. Is he being a tit currently? No. Has he veered into or near being a tit before? Yes. Like I said, I like him just fine and he has produced as well as anyone not wearing #10 this season. But it's not like he is not replaceable

I would be fully prepared to pay seven million for Lennon.

However, I really think we need to have it as something like half of it up front and half of it depending on performances. This would soften the blow if he turned out to be like Pienaar, just playing hard right now for a contract.

Hard to argue against his production. Like I said, I like the kid, but outside of his finishing he is rarely noticed out there. Seems Lennon, Barkley get a lot more of the ball in same positions, could be because Baines is over there though.
