Aaron Lennon ( On Loan January 2015 )

How much would you pay for Lennon in the Summer

  • Up to the rumoured 6 or 7 million - worth every penny

  • No more than 5 million - he's OK, but not worth any more

  • No more than 3 million - he's got no end product ffs

  • Wouldn't take him on a free, he's badly gash

  • Stop asking me questions and stick the grill on

I know he's a lot younger than Barry but I get the feeling that after we buy him, he'll never match his performances as a loanee like Gareth.

I'd agree if not for the fact that Spurs fans were telling us of his fantastic work ethic before he signed. Though he may want to sign, I don't think he's playing for a contract. I think we're just getting to see what he's always done in a bit more detail.

It might just be that it seems like he's been around forever that has me worried about much his legs have in them. When we first brought him in, I figured he was at least thirty years old.

So, you figured wrong then? Hardly a glowing endorsement of your opinion.

I think he still has at least 3 seasons in him, maybe more, and we're badly short in the wingers department, so Roberto, sign him please. But sign at least also 1 new winger too

I hope we sign him, good player up and down the line, always wide awake in all areas of the field, best winger on the
books in my opinion and, I think, wants to play for us.

Deffo sign him up for around £6m. Better than McGeady, shown more than Atsu (who might turn out decent but I fear never for us), works harder than Kev although he's not as good as him. If kev goes and we sign Lennon I'd want at least another perm winger in though.
