People don't vote on character, people vote on policies unless you're a radical leftist. Trump has better policies and that's why he's outright leading all the polls.

Pretty much everyone factors in personality too, from all persuasions.

His policies are also inflationary, and damaging to women.

This rally at MSG is the most off the rails thing I’ve seen from the Republicans to date, and that’s really saying something. Some genuinely terrifying rhetoric being spewed.

Yeah and a speaker at a Kamala rally literally made a joke about Mexicans stealing yesterday and absolutely no republican made a fuss about it until the tirade of leftists complaining today.

It’s not great, but jokes like that have been a part of George Lopez act as long as he’s been doing comedy. But as you said, a Mexican guy making jokes about stereotypes of his own people is worlds different than a bunch of white people getting on stage and making jokes about racial stereotypes of every race except whites.

I'll say this for Tucker, he is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with western political discourse right now. Wrong opinions, wrong arguments, wrong location to make those arguments. Rogan and the rest of the podcasters are far, far ahead of him in the journalism stakes.

Black stand-up is full of black comedians poking fun at black people. Same for Mexican stand-up; it’s actually a major component of George Lopez’s act. A white comedian making fun of Mexicans or black people doesn’t go over well and will often just sound racist.

Now i actually have no time for Trump but in what is supposed to be a current affairs forum, i think people should be allowed to have pro Trump views without being subjected to belittlement and harassment.

The current affairs forum here has the potential to be a place for intelligent and respectful debate, instead it's been hijacked by a cohort of far left nutters who have no time for an alternative viewpoint, and who wish to forcibly ram their opinions down peoples throats.

GOT in general is a brilliant online community, but it's current affairs forum is mainly inhabited by some seriously deranged and deluded individuals imo.
