This is exactly what quality campaign advertising and GOT efforts are intended to do. Memes, twitter/TikTok videos, and the like are a sign of the engagement level of voters. The only thing that matters is the poll.
It's pretty well established what both candidates are:
Trump: an egomaniac, racist and misogyinist
Harris: a ropey VP with an inglorious term of office behind her
All the memes and twitter videos aren't changing minds in an ossified binary political environment. That's just people trying to comfort themselves that their side's going to win.
The opinion polls are pointing to maybe a Harris win but well within the margin of error. I dont see her chances hardening before 5 November, and I dont see Trump catching and overtaking her narrow lead.
It's all about voter commitment and getting them to the swing state polling booths on the day itself.
The rest of the next 9 weeks or so is just a circus where ad agencies make loads of cash and the media enjoy themselves.

Rasmussen used to be C+ in the old 538 days.
It's partisan (like some others), but not totally worthless.
Still, I like his model better than the current 538 model (that model had Biden as a favourite against Trump). I'm not willing to pay for a subscription though.
I once met Nate Silver. Nice guy.
Along with his tax records and plans for infrastructure week!!The video will now be released I hope.
