Recent polling shows that if Kennedy is in a state race he's sucking votes from Trump. If he's taken off the ballot in a lot more states then that plays against Harris.

Yep, wouldn’t be surprised to see the Dems that are trying to get him kicked off in other states drop their protests.

Some of the swing states could come down to hundreds of votes in the end.

Somehow I dont think we'll be hearing from Caroline Kennedy or Jack Schlossberg urging RFK to drop out now.

It looks in any case that other states where he's challenged on residency issue that's tripped him up in NY would accept a correction to his submitted address, so this threat may just go away.
