Think that’s part of it, but I also think he’s fearful of what comes next. He’s been in politics his whole adult life. After this, he’s not going to know what to do with himself.

She's not interested and financially it would be a problem due to campaign finance rules as the Biden/Harris $$ cannot directly be transferred to a hypothetical Obama campaign.

Thanks that would make it difficult for her to make a push this late on, so probably either Harris or Newsom then. From what I have been reading the latest a nominee can be chosen is 19-22 August the DNC in Chicago. You would think he would have to withdraw at least a fortnight prior to allow proper discussions and campaigns to be ran.
