Hoping for Warren win. Maybe she will make Sanders her running mate and eventually the VP, as long as his health allows it.
I'd be fairly sure if Warren wins, there's no chance she picks Sanders as a VP. I'm not even sure he'd want it. It's a pretty thankless job. She might find a place in her cabinet for him.
If she does win, I think the likes of Booker or Buttigieg are the obvious choices although differences over healthcare might be a tricky circle to square.

Didn't know that position is seen as a thankless job over there. Makes sense then, what you said.

Not that difficult, really. While a moral / political issue such as abortion might keep a VP candidate off the ticket, most other political issues can be papered over. In this case, the line would be "the goal is that every American has access to quality, affordable healthcare, and we will work with Congress to make that happen".

Hadn’t heard of him beyond being a name before, but what happened to him despite having the sort of backstory you’d think would be gold is kind of indicative of the mess the Democrats are in.
