Absolutely nothing, because I don't think Sanders would do any better. It'd be a re-run of Corbyn's thrashing if Trump took on Sanders.

It just would have been more interesting to see the ideological clash between Trump and Sanders, in lieu of a candidate who had a prayer of beating Trump. Instead, we're getting a borderline senile establishment candidate.

Young democrats or swing voters will go for Biden over Trump. It’s not staggering at all that the young vote for the more left wing option, it’s exactly the same in the UK.

Except those aren't comparisons you'd expect to see a moderate Democrat make. Those are goofy conservative claims. Note, for instance, "Proposes gun control": One of the gripes against Sanders among Democrats is his traditional reluctance to support gun control laws.

If a Biden supporter used that graphic online as a swipe against Sanders, they were either stupid (as people online tend to be) or not at all a typical Democrat from either wing of the party.

I think Biden is woeful but there needs to be a common goal of removong Trump , but the status quo will remain with regards to all the issues in America.

But according to polling over time, the goal of removing Trump is the highest priority among the majority of Democrats and Dem-leaning independents. That's held true throughout the sound and fury of the Dem primaries.
