"I go with who helps ME/MY FAMILY, not the other 350M people in the states"
you might not mean it but it's the grimmest thing I've read on here in a while.
You probably consider yourself a patriot to boot.

There is a saying: Charity begins at home.

it’s stating that Biden is an eel that will flip on something as major as that and Bernie is the real deal who truly believes in women’s rights all his political career. But I suppose Biden was a young naive 34 year old. Not relevant.
He was 31. But more relevantly, it was 40 years ago. You don’t think people’s views can evolve and they can realise they were wrong previously?

We’re all ****** if that’s the case, as I’m pretty sure none of us come out of the womb with perfectly formed opinions. Or even hit adulthood with them.

Just waiting on Warren to get her endorsement in for Biden there is still time. If the establishment throw enough cash and promises at her operation ‘consolidation’ will be in full flow.

Lincoln - "The legitimate object of government, is to do for a community of people, whatever they need to have done, but can not do, at all, or can not, so well do, for themselves in their separate, and individual capacities."

now maybe he only sees his family as the 'community' in this quote but for me, it only works when the community the office of president is responsible for is the whole country.

31? ok I’ve been powned. I’d rather take my chances on the person who had that stance all his career to be honest. Someone who didn’t vote for Iraq either and truly wants to free the working class from a life of struggle.

Cool. Your opinions on Bernie's essay at around the same time (1972) about women fantasising about being raped by 3 men?

(And no, I don't think it's remotely relevant, but then neither is an even older Biden comment)

You should check out all the ads Sanders is running with famous clips of JFK speeches, the same JFK he said he was nauseated by.
