We need a successful Guy Fawkes when that lot and their homophobic, backwards, dinosaur denying pals are alone in there.

Ah, but I am not drunk. I don't get drunk. I enjoy the company of the pub, talking with real people and having a laugh. But you however, probably need to apologise to Roydo because he is a good Labour man who happened to put the good of the country before personal gain. .....

Don't be naive. Corbyn threw up the most popular amendment possible in order to defeat the government in a vote. He was defeated and now looks like a pillock. The Tories meanwhile will probably do it anyway and steal his clothes........

Myself and @roydo have had a conversation this evening, as we have on many other occasions. He's a grown man who doesn't need a white knight riding in on a wave of real ale fumes to defend his honour, or to be a troll, whichever you are.

Pete the country is falling apart at the seams, the Tories have done their usual and lied through their back teeth, u-turn after u-turn and now they won't even give those most deserving a pay rise.

I've been seeing a girl who's a nurse and she's fed up, to the point where she now wishes she chose a different career.

How is that for the good of the country?

In the next two years the ONLY issue is negotiating a good Brexit deal. Literally nothing else matters in terms of what parliament does. We need a strong government and some on here understand that. Unfortunately many on here are more concerned with party politics than the national good......
