Talksport didnt mention it mate.

Not a clue what it was even about.

And that is sort of my point. I aint that engaged in the day to day detail of politics, who voted that way, who voted the other. I really could not care less.

If you cannot see that the reason many, apparently, folk like me feel a touch insulted by being vilified cos they didnt vote for someone else, then I honestly think you never will.

You are right, I am wrong, cos I voted for a flaming railway.
Maybe if you took a slight interest then you might know why people think you're incredibly selfish, especially those people your MP voted against getting a proper pay rise. Nurses, for one.

And I'm not right, and you're not wrong. But I actually researched why I should vote for which candidate.

That's bait, nice try.

You know why you are, and why you voted why you did and it's got naff all to do with a railway. But you carry on, safe in the knowledge that you voted for no wage rises for nurses and other vital members of our society.

Eh?

My missus works in the NHS. I deliver parcels.

My youngest is autistic, my eldest is doing sound.

But carry on putting labels on me mate. You have not got a clue.

YOU LITERALLY VOTED FOR A MAN THAT WANTS TO SELL OFF THE NHS

And for someone who's not arsed about politics and knows nothing about any parties policies you spend an awful lot of time in here.

Called being a mod mate.

On occasions, I get engaged. I find it interesting, although I aint that political, as in who voted for what bill today

Well, read my last link and look what the man you voted for thinks of your wife's livelihood.

I didnt.

I voted for a bloke who will support our railway.

Honestly mate, it might sound like davek esq trolling, but its the god honest truth.

Neither national party leaders attracted me. So me, and the missus, chatted the night before the GE, and we landed on that decision. Local issue, one that actually effects us.

No, you're not listening. You think you voted for a railway, what you voted for was a man that consistently opposes gay rights, supports fox hunting, votes against raising welfare benefits in line with prices, against taxing high earners, against taxing bankers, for mass surveillance of us all, and, here comes the kicker that ACTUALLY affects you and your wife, only today HE VOTED AGAINST A PAY RISE FOR HER!

What use is a sodding railway if you can't afford to buy tickets?
