I'd say 'You'd hope this would wake people up to just how unelectable Corbyn and Labour currently are', but who cares at this point, it's far too late.

People need to give their heads a wobble when it comes to the future of Labour. Corbyn fans, you are in a very small bubble, deluding yourselves into thinking you have a 'massive' movement behind you. You don't, you really, really don't.

Well, if you're happy for the Sun and the Daily Mail to call the shots forever, then fine. Think you need to figure out who the real enemy is to be honest mate, but it's not like you're the only one. There is a majority of apathetic, demotivated and fundamentally right-wing people in the country that do not examine anything critically, because they're happy to be spoon-fed by tabloid journalism, who pretend to be on their side while actively participating in making their lives worse.

It's not a case of simply just being a 'Corbyn fan' (as much as you really like to push this personality cult idea), these are people that are sick of the inequality in this country, and he is the closest we'll get to somebody doing something about it because unlike other politicians, he actually cares about it. You make wanting a fairer society seem like it's something you should feel embarrassed about.

Here here well said that man. Exactly how I feel.

No mate; I find the way he's going about it embarrassing. But you won't understand that, fair enough - you are ideology over pragmatics, and as long as you understand the consequences of that, that's fine.

Don't think pragmatism is going to win back 5-6 million votes really. When people say they're not voting 'because they're all the same', I don't think it's a cry for a pragmatic new centre-left leader.

Most people don't vote Corbyn because they don't like him, not because he's the same as the tories. He's far left. Britain is not far left. It's centre left moderate to centre right moderate and the winner will be the best leader with the most pragmatic ideas.

Hmmm, the UKIP vote shifting entirely to the Conservatives says that you're wrong there. You might want to take a walk around 2017, it's a little different to 1997.

By shifting inwards towards the centre, as he says.

Centre left to centre right. Why should I vote for either of those if I don't want the status quo?

Corbyn isn't hard left.

You dont know what hard left is if you think Corbyn is that. He's old Labour. That's all. Mixed economy, state intervention where possible.

Let me get this right, are you saying UKIP voters have moved on to the Tories and not the other way round?

There's a big vote going on that's just shown that UKIP voters are deserting them and going to / returning to the Tories.

They are making a big mistake if they think it's keep Britain right job done imho as I think May will , if she gets a big majority, will homogenize it all into one big mess.

Politics - and it's a terrible irony here - is all about momentum. Do you think last night was anything other than a disaster for Labour?
