Stubbsy was on the radio saying Moyes is doing what we all know; he's waiting to see if there is any money before he signs a new contract(which both we and he know there isn't). I just can't believe how incredibly shortsighted the club is being here. moyes is the deflector for the board, I sincerely doubt if he goes a new manager will be as 'awww shucks' as Davey is. Add him to Pique and Rossi then. They have a lot of talented youths there who they let go.

Pique was desperate to get back to Barca if I remember correctly, more or less forcing United's hand. He was only young then and hadn't really established himself at United, hence they didn't get a great deal of money for him.
