Probably the same amount unless you are planning on playing Donovan in goal?

Hmm that's odd. Wonder why utd bothered signing RVP. Could of just tightened up there defense.

Everyone is conceding goals it's not just us. A look at the league table tells you that we have conceded less than most and scored less than nearly ALL were competing with.
If we'd have put away more of the millions of created chances we would be higher and prob as a result conceded less.

I'm pretty sure Moyes has said we have only a small amount in the kitty, which I'd assume is not enough to cover the prices being mooted for Capoue, as much as I would like to sign him as he looks decent from the times I've watched him, I just don't see it being remotely possible for this window at least.
I find it helpful to not believe a word Moyes says at transfer times. Dunno, maybe its because we have had a couple of reasonable windows that has given me false hope, i think we could do well out of this window. Capoue would be a show of intent and if he settles properly, he is sort of a cheaper, slightly less good version of Dembele from what i have seen.

So...this gentleman is well known on the US boards for being right. Very, very right. He unearthed Timmy Chandler for the national team, and follows many of our Americans abroad. So when he retweets someone's post, I don't take it lightly. Yes, even on twitter. This guy is sauced.

RT: @indykaila #Celtic in talks w/ Juan Agudelo. Talks have taken place this morning. Looks like Everton will also hold talks for the player

Celtic wants him and he also went to West Ham on trial - just left there on Sunday.

Where there's smoke there's....

Moyes clearly wants reinforcements upfront. This kid is hungry - he'd push Vellios and Chebes.

Nothing in this at all, but I wonder if investing so much in the scounting trip to Molde was to take a look at Joshua Gatt as well as Forren? Pace, either wing, up top and can do a job at right back. What with our US connections as well

Sell Heitinga for 5 million, then give it to Toulouse as the first installment on Capoue, then pay them the rest in the summer through player sales and/or accessing new revenue prematurely.

Both our defence and our attack are suffering from having such a crap central midfield. In fact, I'm surprised that we have done as well as we have with Neville and Osman trying to control central midfield. There isn't a cat in hell's chance of us securing top 4 if we have those two in the middle of the park for most of the season.

I hope so. Don't know if Gatt is good enough for PL yet though. Maybe he looked at Eikrem
