I spent 30 months working 2-3 days per week in Belgium and HAVE seen quite a lot of the Juliper as a result. I'm not an expert but given our penchant for Belgium players I do still follow it. Colpaert is the kind of small CB that isn't uncommon in Europe but simply doesn't exist in the PL. He is 'versatile' though so I guess fits our profile in that way. He isn't seen as a "top" player even in Belgium so draw your own conclusions.

He's first choice in midfield for united when he's fit.

He hasnt been first choice at United for 18months hes been ill. He made a couple of appearences in December.

Cleverley and Carrick are first choice. Scholes, Anderson and Fletcher covering those two.

If hes fit we should ask for a .6month loan

I think he's ace and a loan might be possible but I reckon if he was fit he'd be in uniteds match day squad at least, and if he's not fit we don't want him.

Ahh from the bloke who likes to see Hitzlsperger in the middle... Jesus really did

So you think it's a good idea to spend what little money we have loaning a lad who has a disease which can flare up at any time ? Sound.

We should be loaning players who can play every week if asked, not ones who might not be able to play at all.
