I'm happy we signed Stone but why do it on the last day of the January window? The january window imo is for strengthening your squad to push on for the second half of the campaign. Stone is one for the future, which is great, but shouldn't these types of deals be the focus of the summer when we have a bit more time? And maybe we would have missed out on this particular youngster if Wigan bought him, but there are plenty of quality players in the lower leagues that we could invest in instead.

I don't see him making a contribution this season, so I don't see why this is a priority in January at all.

Not for me....well not at this time. I think he will go but not till the summer, and I hope its a P/X dea with Chelski, and Lukaku coming to us along with a wadge of cash

It is stupid to let him go. We have no replcacement and will finish at 8th.

We might not have a choice if Felliani has a buyout like rumors have suggested. The only clause was that the team needs to be in Champions League and PSG are still in it.

If that's true though, I'll be really angry that they waited until the last second when we don't have a chance to spend the money well.

They have probably had to act to stop him going elsewhere. That doesn't mean he is / was our priority
