From that article it still says the the door is slightly open for Fer, something for the fans to think about even if it is the Daily Mirror.

Interesting bit at the bottom - 'While Moyes will also now look to bring in Bruges and Belgium midfielder Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe - who he just missed out on deadline day in August - on loan, and still hasn't completely given up hope on Fer.


Everton have been in talks with Twente over a restructuring of the transfer, which would indemnify them against the player’s knee injury.

Put simply, the Toffees have proposed the exact same fee but with the payments made in relation to Fer's number of appearances.

So far, the Dutch club have rejected that option out of hand.

But the door has been left open for that decision to be revisited on Thursday.'.

Samba was a stand out performer, IMO.

If you look at what Heitinga has been up to this season, it´s an absolute joke, rarely have I seen a premier league defender create so many catastrophies.

24 HOURS. My hopes:

Fer gets sorted somehow, and we get him on loan with view to buy.
Jack Butland signs, we loan him back to BCFC for the rest of the season.
We sign a decent striker/winger on loan with view to buy.
Gueye/Vellios/Duffy goes on loan to a Championship side.

Negredo is an animal! Although I doubt we could get him for under their asking price, im sure we're not the only club sniffing around him.
