I think anyone with an ounce of sense knew they would be spending in January and with the improvement in performances overtaken to at least 6th.

I'm starting to worry they might as well. A few good signings can make a world of difference to a team as we showed last year. If we don't add to our squad I think they'll overtake us in may.

They are building a squad but at the end of the day they can only pick 11 players. We usually do good in the second part of the season, and usually due to good fitness in the team but we look very tired this season for some reason. Gibson and Mirallas injuries have been an issue.

Can't blame injuries when them players have been bought to replace players we have lost, said for a while we should look at replacing Gibson, as good as he is, we need bodies and have done for about 5 years.

we have the smallest squad in the prem mate,we have players who play every week even with niggles, we have players who are getting on and cant give them a rest,we need 3/4 players in the squad to stay in the top 5 imo.

Paper talk this I reckon, we probably had a scout there. From Moyes' comments looks like he is trying to get just one in of the quality to challenge for a starting place from the off, knowing that there is only a slim chance but worth holding out for just in case. Similar to when we got Felli late on - but doubt we have that kind of budget available this time.
