If Martinez can't keep us up who can?

I don't care what our players do as long as we win. And putting the ball out of the play when we have a chance to score is just silly. I am starting to dislike Eto'o.

The refs are bad but we are really hopeless this season. We only got ourselves to blame especially we have quite a few old players around who are going downhill this season.

I expect us to finish 7th the very least. Midtable is very very bad and not acceptable for me. We ain't moving forward, we are supposed to go for 4th/5th...good grief.

i was raving at eto'o. he's such a nice guy you can't get too mad, but the guy wasn't injured, the ball just rebounded into his nuts. at the end of the day, we've played 2 games in 3 days that have contained players who have tried to break our right back's jaw and snapped our right winger's achillies.

we lost both.

i want everton back as the snarling beasts that we know they can be, get besic back in that team alongside mccarthy and get them snapping at anyone who moves and let us hound the referees for being such incompetent arseholes who think they can bend us over backwards by giving calls against us because we don't put up a fight.

what an utter shambles football has turned in to that i have to write that.

The last year and a half under him was as good as we ever were under Moyes, imo. But I realise that's a somewhat unpopular view.

It was the fact that he'd gathered the best team of his time here and still messed up the two big fa cup games vs liverpool and wigan that got me, in the league we were actually pretty boss.

until we eventually got to the business end and c*cked it all up like we oh so regularly did with him. i'm still in shock now that we actually beat united on pens at wembley.

Yeah I also think Barry's legs are gone. Maybe get Besic back with McCarthy in the middle. At least the lad has passion and never stop running.

he must be injured of some sort to not make the squad vs stoke (don't think he was banned anyway). barry's getting worse as games go by, besic has been a revelation on the other hand.

Eto is a player that must be used in the last 20 minutes - when he starts games he is just poor.
