Being calm and reasonable as a fan doesn't alter anything either to be fair. They are just words on a screen right now (would be different if fans were in the ground etc).
We didn't even attempt to break them down, that's the issue for me last night. We did absolutely nothing to change it. I don't blame the manager as such for that I blame the players for trying the same stuff and expecting different results from it. I thought West Ham were pretty average at best last night, one player who did stand out for me was Coufal at right back, he dealt with absolutely everything thrown at him yet we still kept trying to catch him out with balls over the top of him. We never seem to learn or adapt in games like this.
You would like to think the management team see it as unacceptable (though the rumours of Sigurdsson getting an extension says maybe not...).
Of course the people you mention in the last paragraph are idiots, that's taking things to extremes. I don't think there is anything wrong with being angry about last nights display though either.
West Ham defended well as a unit, once we broke their first press they fell into a deep block. We had no width or movement from the full backs to stretch them, they were very comfortable with dealing with everything in front of them.
He started with Coleman to try and give us the option of width on the right, but it didn’t work. It’s one of those games, they happen.
And with regards to Sigurdsson, are we believing every rumour now. It seems that story has been fabricated because Gylfi gave an interview were he praised Ancelotti.
Yes I do believe the manager will see that has unacceptable, like last time. Hopefully we’ll go on another 4 win run
