Ways to forget ex gf?

it totally does. I’ve been sat here for the last 10-days wondering wtf happened to me and why I believed all the lies! It gets worse than what I’ve written, but I’ll spare you all the details. Suffice to say my head is a bit done in like. I will come thru tho and am looking forward to the day I can laugh about it all.

Yeah your right mate. Your confidence takes a hammering but one day you’ll laugh, as you say.
Remember there’s loads of lovely Ladies out there, very few are cruel.
Don’t dwell on the past, look forward to the future.
I‘m old but one thing I learned is never call her names to a potential new partner. it’s not a good signal.

Theres that old native American saying about two Wolves fighting inside all of us.
One is envy, jealousy, bitterness, the other is love, kindness and compassion, the one who wins is the one you feed.

Take it easy.

In that case it's quite easy to get over her as you don't know what was real and what was not, trusting others may be a possible stumbling block in future though.

Like you say the majority are not trying to screw you over and that is what you hold on to. Mind you I know some blokes that have constantly sought out that type of woman! (Possibly by accident...)
