Silva must go

Sorry mate thats complete rubbish.

Work out the cost of finishing 6/7th to say 14th where we are now and its alot more than paying off Silva. Also work out the cost of spending £100 million a year on players being coached incorrectly and compare that to appointing a manager who can take said players up the table/another level.

Clubs like Watford and Leicester (who have sacked more managers than us) dont seem to struggle appointing new ones neither do clubs like Chelsea.

Presupposes that new manager improves your position by 7 places, there are no guarantees. It could go the other way.

Louis Van Gaal ticked all of your boxes when Man Utd appointed him, so why isn't he the manager now?

Man Utds ambitions are a miles away from ours.

Man Utds aims are to win league titles and compete in the CL

Ours is to finish 7th and sneak into the top 6 / win a domestic trophy.

Van Gaal won an FA Cup at Utd - he got sacked but he would have been a hero here.

His main problems are the formation and Siggy and both go hand in hand, he can’t play in any other formation and won’t drop him. Needs to change to 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 or if you carry on with 4-2-3-1 drop Siggy and play either Bernard or Iwobi in the 10 Role, much more likely to give Kean an actual chance of scoring

Different players different mangers same outcome, maybe the issues lay deeper than on the field

Or maybe because we hire nothing but crap managers?

Martinez - Wigan
Koeman - Southampton
Alladyce - relegation survival expert for bottom clubs
Silva - Bottom of the table Watford

Its baffling...

This season he hasn’t

Why does that matter mate?

When City tonk us we could be in the bottom 3 - how can you seriously put faith in giving him more time?

The longer we leave it the less chance the better managers will come on board and guess who Mosh will run to and try save us from the drop - ya best mate.

Coz it’s not even a season mate. He will get it right if he doesn’t il hold my hands up and say I was wrong

But if we leave it odds at present are that we will be in a relegation scrap knocking on Big Sam or Moyes door mate.

We should for once be proactive - get rid whilst the season is still young and get in someone with a better track record of getting a tune out the squad.
