Deep down, I know the reason we won that game is because Everton do not wear snoods. Simple as that. All goals came from snoodless players. Cahill, Baines, and when Yaya Toure's (with snood) wild, off-target attempt struck Jagielka (without snood) it veered into the back netting.
I rest my case.

A most satisfying night in the end. How [Poor language removed] has Milner become since he once more followed the dollar? I thought Cahill, Distin and Howard were titanic last night and it worries me that City might soon try to solve a certain problem by just signing Fellaini so they don't have to play against him.

OMG that was awesome. I was watching it on replay and I was still antsy even though I knew the game was already hours over.

Exciting and made me pace. Good stuff.

I echo everyone else's Distin MOTM. Suck it Tevez. Although he was followed by Tim Howard. I laughed when I read someone's post that we are not going to have Mucha related posts this week, thank goodness. Basically Tim looked over at Mucha and said "SIT DOWN MOFO, THIS IS MY JOB." Luv. It. He was Spain vs USA good tonight.

Billy had a good last few minutes and showed flashes to me of what everyone else on here has been mentioning - good stuff.

Also thought Fellaini had a great game, better than Rodwell. Rods wasn't bad, just not as good as other folks on the pitch IMO.

Whatever. THREE -UCKING POINTS. Kisses to Everton.

EDIT: My only sore spot was Victor. Thanks for the bonehead move. Why do we have to have one of those every few games?

If people are content with our style of football, good for you i'm glad your enjoying it.

But don't ever moan about managers like sam allardyce,garry megson, tony pullis or mick mcCarthy, because there football mentallity is exactly the same as moyes.

I do wish some of our players would stop talking about a victory over a 'big team' (yes you Howard). City should never, ever be described as big in relation to Everton. Someone should make that point stick with these players. Beating City is like beating Bolton or Blackburn to me. Lancastrians that need to be dispatched with ease.

Tis right though.

Generally speaking I cringe when I hear our players talking about playing 'big teams'. They should be force fed the history of this club and stop insulting the organisation they play for. Big teams have big histories.
