Me: "How much for the 2011 Lexus GS300?"

Salesman: "Around $60,000...but we could probably work something out."

Me: "Well that's good because I just spend a lot of money on hookers and blow."

Salesman: "What, what's that?"

Me: "Hookers you know, girls tha..."

Salesman: "No, I heard you. I just wasn't sure that's what you said."

Me: "Yeah well that's what I said. And 60K might be a bit steep for me now."

Salesman: "What kind of price are you looking for?

Me: "Something closer to about $15,000, and with the upgraded Navigation system too."

Salesman: "Are you kidding?"

Me: "No...those girls weren't cheap and have you seen drug prices these days? Geez...and that was all in one night."

Salesman: "Well I don't think I can come down that far on the price."

Me: "Well all I've got left is the 15K... How about the ES 350?"

£6 bid last month, £5m this week. Someeone is telling porkies.. I wonder who?

Aye Moyes confirmed the above on SSN so no porkies our side as confirmed by LCAB. Think with what's transpired the Yak will get till Jan to be firing on all cylinders- as Moyes has neither said he's unhappy for him to stay or that he's our most important goal threat so over to you Yak.

Happy for him to get a chance to prove the Eastenders wrong.

He didn't exactly sound unexcited if Yak had gone. Seems that all he was looking for was a decent price. I think your right. Not firing by January, and we maybe selling him for £2m.

People read too much into anything Moyes says these days. He's leaving things open alot - mainly because if he says something it'll be held as concrete everytime.

Think Yak's staying unless we get 10million+ especially this season. As he's obviously going for little disruption to our side going in early this season

hence dismissed the blerts at the Boleyn Ground

Can't replace him with anyone better with 2 million, much better to take the gamble and see if he comes back to his old self, which im confident he will.

I did, I don't know how closely Moyes interviews should be analyzed, but for me it was the least positive statement regarding Yakubu I ever read from him.

Agreed mate, would be devastaed if the Yak left im a massive fan. Like i ssiad though i tink there is sting in the tail about all these West Ham shenannigans - i think the Yak was tapped up.

Hopefully this wont be a last day of the window job.

Yak has his best games against West Ham, thats why they want him. We bought Paul Wilkinson back in the day for similar reasons!
It doesn't matter if it's Yak or somebody else, if the money is stupid we take it most of the time.
