Whoa. First of all, Bolaisse has provided that cover, which has impaired his ability to get upfield. You lumped him in as attack minded and equivocated that to mean = scoring goals, which isn't fair. He can be attack minded and attack the wide parts of the field and provide service into the middle. That's not a goal scoring role.
Second of all, Gana shouldn't be playing as a box to box midfielder. Again, not his fault. He probably would score around 5, he has one, and has been close recently, but obviously, when he is playing with Davies and Rooney, he's allowed to play his true role and the team is better off for it.
Third of all, Sigurdsson doesn't, never has, and never will be a holding midfielder. Never at Swans, for Iceland, Spurs, anyone. If he's being asked to do that, hold the ball, possess the ball, it's stupid and a waste of his talents. He's got an amazing first touch, scores a ton from outside the box, and can set up his teammates in that fashion, but he's not Rooney, he's not Barkley, and any manager that asks him to play like that is a moron. Thankfully, he's not being asked to do so for the most part.
Fourth of all, you started in on the soccer isn't your game stuff. You don't know jack about mine or anyone else's experience playing or coaching the sport on the board. If you want to argue and discuss, fine, but let's not reduce this board to a pissing contest please.
