Rooneys was not that dificult, its exactly the same as playing a 40 yard pass, his technique was correct and he thought quocky, but i have seen much much more better goals than that.

They are goals you see several times a season. You rarely ever see goals like Rooney's or Sig's.

Rooney's was all about technique, Sigurdsson's (whilst still looked a great goal) was more a case of hit and hope.

Rooney's was wonderful, but he was taking advantage of a goalkeeping howler.
